• Oversee and coordinate network maintenance systems and operations.
• Manage and maintain electrical systems including electricity, power plants, UPS, battery banks, solar panels, and air-conditioning systems.
• Ensure the smooth operation of power infrastructure at Points of Presence (POP) and Points of Distribution (POD).
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all electrical and power systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with the network maintenance department to address and resolve any issues promptly.
• Manage customer and vendor relationships effectively, ensuring timely communication and service delivery.
• Coordinate with regional offices as required, involving regular travel.

Qualifications:

• Diploma, B.Sc., or B.E. in Electrical & Electronics and Communication Engineering.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in telecom/ISP power infrastructure systems.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in handling network maintenance systems and electrical power systems.
• Strong understanding of various electrical systems including electricity, power plants, UPS, battery banks, solar power, and air-conditioning systems.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and email communication.
• Strong customer and vendor management skills.
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Willingness to travel to regional offices as needed.
