Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Saas Project Management: Manage projects involving multiple tenants, coordinating e9orts and ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
• Team Management: E9ectively lead and motivate a large team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including defining project goals, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation across projects, ensuring client utilization of team members' skills and expertise.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
• Budget Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Use of Project Management Tools: Leverage project management tools effectively to plan, track, and report on project progress.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or relevant; PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
• 2 years of proven experience in project management, with a focus on Saas projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large teams in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
