We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D Scientist to join our growing team at Lifestar Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will play a key role in advancing the development of new pharmaceutical products, ensuring that our formulations meet the highest quality and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:

Formulation Development:

• Develop and optimize solid, semi-solid, and liquid dosage forms for new pharmaceutical products.
• Perform laboratory experiments to formulate new drug products, ensuring stability, bioavailability, and compatibility.
• Conduct pre-formulation studies and assist in scale-up processes for successful product commercialization.

Research & Innovation:

• Conduct scientific research on drug development, focusing on new active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and excipients.
• Explore innovative techniques to improve drug efficacy, stability, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Keep up-to-date with global trends in drug delivery systems, formulations, and regulatory guidelines.

Preclinical & Clinical Testing:

• Assist in the design and execution of preclinical studies to evaluate drug safety and efficacy.
• Collaborate with the clinical research team to ensure smooth transition from preclinical to clinical trials.

Regulatory Compliance & Documentation:

• Prepare and review technical documentation for regulatory submissions, ensuring compliance with local and international standards (e.g., GMP, ICH).
• Prepare and maintain research reports, batch records, and stability data for regulatory filings.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies to facilitate the approval process for new products.

Quality Assurance and Control:

• Ensure all R&D activities adhere to GMP, GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), and other regulatory requirements.
• Support the quality control department in troubleshooting formulation-related issues and implementing corrective actions

• Work closely with the Manufacturing, Marketing, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure successful product development and market launch.
• Provide technical support for the transfer of new formulations to manufacturing scale-up and commercial production.
