Job Description
  • Handling reception, phone calls and administrative work
  • Handling e-mail and correspondence
  • Handling visitors and callers
  • Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
Job Specification
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience 
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
