Job Description
- Oversee front of the house operations
- Ensure customer satisfaction from warm greetings through promoting excellent and prompt service to responding customer complaints tactfully and professionally
- Thorough knowledge about the Restaurant's Menu in order to promote special items and answer any questions or concerns that the guests may have
- Maintain quality control and presentation for all food and beverages served
- Analyze staff performance and motivate, train new employees and receive feedback to improve the customer’s experience
- Monthly Inventory Management
- Report to the Restaurant Managing Director
