• Oversee front-of-the-house operations
• Ensure customer satisfaction from  warm greetings through promoting excellent and prompt service to responding to customer complaints tactfully and professionally 
• Thorough knowledge about the Restaurant's Menu in order to promote special items and answer any questions or concerns that the guests may have
• Maintain quality control and presentation for all food and beverages served
• Analyze staff performance and motivate, train new employees and receive feedback to improve the customer’s experience
• Monthly Inventory Management 
• Report to the Restaurant Managing Director 

• Significant work experience in the management and hospitality industry
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service
• Should have a professional attitude
• Strong leadership, communication and multi-tasking skills
• Decisive and critical thinker
