Job Description
- Lead the Risk & Compliance Team.
- Prepare the annual scope of work with yearly calendar plans.
- Develop the Company’s Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Process Manuals and ensure proper implementation of those.
- Review of Company’s Policies, SOPs, Controls, System and Processes and recommend for improvements.
- Responsible for timely completion of statutory assignments like Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, IFRS Audits, Care ratings etc.
- Ensure meeting of all deadlines and compliances of Statutory & Regulatory Requirements.
- Perform Data Analysis and Provide necessary suggestions based on the analysis report.
- Perform other related assignments as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Specification
- Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAN/ICAI
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical skills and Interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in risk management and compliance will be an added advantage.
- Detailed oriented and multitasking ability
- Strong Leadership Skills
