We are looking for a dedicated and organized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing return processes, maintaining records, and providing excellent support to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Assist in handling and processing RMA requests.
- Maintain accurate filing and bookkeeping of RMA records.
- Update and manage databases for returned items and warranty claims.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers to resolve product return issues.
- Provide clear communication and updates on RMA status to stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and efficient processing of all RMA documentation.
- Perform general office duties and assist in other administrative tasks as needed.
