Job Description
- Identify and generate leads for ICT and security surveillance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring long-term collaboration.
- Conduct regular meetings, training session, and product demonstrations for client.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as outlined by the company.
- Monitor and support channel partners to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and post-sales support.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to boost channel partner sales of ICT and security surveillance solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the channel sales ecosystem.
- Provide regular updates on channel performance, market feedback, and sales forecasts to management.
- Analyze sales data and recommend strategies to enhance partner performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for channel partners.
- Offer technical and sales support to channel partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in channel sales or distribution, preferably in the ICT or security surveillance sector.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Must have 2 wheeler License with own vehicle.
