Job Description
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract individual students, corporate partners, and working professionals to enroll in the academy’s programs.
  • Conduct presentations and consultations to prospective students and corporate clients, highlighting the value of the academy’s offerings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key players in the interior design industry, including design firms, organizations, and influencers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets by managing the entire sales process from lead generation to close.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align on promotional campaigns and develop effective outreach initiatives.
  • Attend and represent the academy at trade shows, design events, and industry conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the academy’s courses and stay updated on interior design trends to effectively communicate program relevance to potential clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by following up on client feedback and managing client relationships post-enrollment.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline progress to the management team.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree /Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • A background in design or experience in the interior design industry and academic institute is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years in a sales or business development role, preferably within education, design, or creative industries. Experience in selling high-value services or courses will be highly regarded.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events and client meetings.
  • Strong network within the design or education community is preferred.
