Role Overview:

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing client inquiries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly Report to the Sales Manager and provide weekly updates.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to prioritise client leads and follow up on sales inquiries.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities in the shared data base ensuring accessibility for remote teams.
• Follow up on client interactions and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
• Follow up on deadlines for proposal submission, client acknowledgements and required revisions.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations and finance, to ensure smooth coordination of sales processes.
• Display punctuality and reliability in managing client communications and scheduling follow-up tasks.
• Be a proactive team player, supporting colleagues in achieving overall sales targets.

Working Hours:

• Saturday to Wednesday: 10:45 AM to 7:45 PM (Including Break Time)
• Thursday: 10:45 AM to 3:45 PM

Holidays:

• As notified by official memo
• Dashain: 3 days
• Diwali: 2 days
