Job Description
- Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, convert leads, and build a strong client base by maintaining regular contact with opticians, optical retailers, and healthcare providers.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Product Promotion: Provide detailed product information, technical specifications, and demonstrations to customers.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback on client needs, challenges, and potential solutions to improve Essilor's market positioning.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 1 years of sales experience, preferably in the optical, healthcare, or consumer goods industries.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Experience in B2B sales will be an added advantage.
- A valid driver’s license and two wheeler is a must .
