Develops and/or maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the Company. When applicable, spends a significant portion of time in the field both with KOLs, individual accounts, co-traveling with sales personnel and participating in congresses and other industry
Supports local business partner with training, marketing actions and other actions within agreed Company policy and budget.
Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company (market overviews for commercial decisions incl. entry costs, market size, potential, reimbursements, candidates for distributors).
Agrees and follows distributors’ targets on a quarterly basis.
Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.
