Job Description
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and coordination.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training, and off boarding process for leaving employees.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts and termination paperwork.
  • Assist in payroll processing and administer employee benefits programs.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze metrics to provide insights for improving HR processes.
  • Identify training needs and organize programs to improve employee skills.
Job Specification

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree in HR or Training & Development is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR with a focus on training and development.
Other Specification:

  • At least 3 years’ working experience in HRD.
  • Must have basic knowledge about the labor act.
  • Should have sound knowledge of training methodologies.
  • Should have knowledge about HR processes and procedures including but not limited to recruitment, planning, onboarding/ offboarding processes, payroll, etc.
