• Manage and lead multiple software development projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements.
• Understand technical workflows and support teams in translating requirements into development tasks.
• Use ClickUp exclusively for project planning, task tracking, team coordination, and reporting.
• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor progress, manage timelines, and ensure accountability across teams.
• Identify risks and resolve blockers to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain regular and transparent communication with both local and international stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, up-to-date, and aligned with internal processes.
• Guide teams to follow best practices across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Required Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience in a tech or software development environment.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project governance.
• Prior experience in managing cross-functional and cross-border teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background or experience in mobile app development (iOS, Android, or cross-platform).
• Technical literacy — ability to understand implementation details and communicate effectively with developers and engineers.
• Prior experience working with U.S.-based companies or international clients.
