Job Description
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements using best development practices.
- Collaborate with customers and internal & external stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, propose solutions, and provide technical guidance.
- Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other integration techniques.
- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and stability of Salesforce applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and cross-functional teams.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce customization.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, and Advanced Developer are preferred.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools (e.g., Jenkins, Salesforce DX).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
