Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks on home appliances including but not limited to Air Conditioners, Chest Freezers, Chimneys, Refrigerators, Showcases, Solar Water Heaters, and Washing Machines, following manufacturer guidelines.
• Lead and support junior technicians across different districts, offering training, guidance, and expertise to foster their professional growth and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Maintain meticulous records of service calls, parts used, and the duration of each job.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of technical issues and the measures taken to resolve them.
• Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately.
• Use computer software for diagnostics and tracking of repairs efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex technical problems.
• Keep abreast of the latest technological advancements, industry trends, and best practices in appliance repair and maintenance.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further technical certifications or education is highly regarded.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in repairing home appliances.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a diverse range of appliances.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent leadership abilities and experience in managing or guiding teams.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to work autonomously.
• Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, when required.
