Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to understand user needs and craft intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-leading design tools.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and other validation methods to improve designs and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Keep up to date with the latest UI/UX trends and industry best practices to bring innovative solutions.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides to ensure design

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a UX or UI design role, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
• A portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX and UI design for both mobile and desktop web experiences, as well as creative design skills for logos and print materials.
• In-depth knowledge of responsive web design principles, modern usability standards, and best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in UX/UI design software, including XD, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with front-end web technologies is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills for clearly articulating design concepts and decisions to team members.
