Job Description
- Approaching customers as they enter the store Inquiring about the type of furniture the clients want and assisting the clients to what products or services they require
- Understand well the products and services of the company
- Understand the companies brand and offerings to be able to answer any questions the customer asks
- Receive information for the sales team and execute their duties as required
- Process the paperwork and arrange clients’ details in an organized manner
- Carry out any other duties as required from time to time commensurate with the role
Job Specification
- Minimum of 1year working in a similar industry
- Experience in the Furniture Industry will be an added advantage
- Proven experience in sales
- Possesses good conceptualization skills and be able to assist the sales team to meet their target
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong planning and organising skills including a thorough and methodical approach
- Must be result oriented and an excellent communicator both orally and in writing
