Job Description
- Coordinating with contractors and clients along with internal sub-contractor and labours.
- Must be familiar with AutoCAD and drawing software
- Evaluating work techniques, work done as per drawing vs actual qty and control of wastage.
- Maintain and keep record of “Daily Progress Report” of site.
- Need to prepare the material approval documents and timely ordering and ensuring appropriate material and tools availability in site.
- Ensure site and labor safety measure.
- Monitor site check-in/check-out of labor and other workers
- Attending weekly meeting with contractor and site supervisor as per work schedule
- Organizing work schedule and managing the assign task to meet project deadline.
- Monitoring construction project to ensure that they are proceeding accordingly to schedule and within budget parameters.
- Other tasks assigned by the Project Manager.
Job Specification
- Diploma in civil engineering or related field
- 2-3 years of prior experience
- In-depth knowledge of technology, building, construction and desing
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
- Exceptional critical thinking, analytical and complex problem-solving skills
- A 2 wheeler with license is a must.
