• Must be able to respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and brand-appropriately. 
• Packing and Dispatching orders, while communicating clearly with logistics partners and customers promptly.
• Perform administrative tasks such as counting stock, updating databases, and maintaining records of social media activities.
• Creating, scheduling, and posting content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, and Facebook.
• Uploading content on official websites and e-commerce platforms such as Daraz.
• Track social media metrics and generate regular reports on performance, engagement, and growth.
• Help organize and execute social media campaigns, giveaways, and influencer collaborations.
• Provide customers with information about loyalty programs, promotions, and other store happenings

Education: Plus 2 Completed or Bachelor's running.
Experience: 1 year related experience

• Proven experience in a social media or administrative role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in social media management tools such as meta-analytics platforms.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
• Passion for fashion and staying ahead of industry trends.
