Job Description
  • Government and Certification Compliance: Ensure compliance with all labor laws, governmental requirements, ISO, NS, Halal, DFTQC and other related certifications
  • HR and Admin Co-ordination: Collaborate with the General Manager and external consultants to develop & implement HR policies, procedures and initiatives
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Oversee the hiring process, from sourcing onboarding, ensuring the selection of high-caliber candidates aligned with the company’s culture
  • IPO Knowledge; Possess understanding and experience in the intricacies of Public Limited Company, Initial Public Offerings (IPO) managing the HR and admin aspects
  • Admin Functions: Manage administrative tasks, including facilities management, vendor coordination and general operations
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up to date HR records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
  • Supervision; Responsible to visit the manufacturing site i.e. Bhairahawa for the supervision and consultation
Job Specification
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
  • Proven Experience of 4-5 years as Human Resource roles with a focus on administration and compliance
  • Familiar with corporate work culture and environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior management like GM and external consultants
