Welcome students to the AG family post-enrollment and ensure they feel supported and comfortable using the app.
Provide guidance on effectively navigating the app, including accessing live classes, video lessons, tests, and other features.
Monitor student engagement metrics, such as time spent on the app, live class attendance, video views, and test participation.
Offer personalized encouragement to students to actively engage with content, take tests, and prepare effectively for their exams.
Generate detailed reports on student activities to track progress and identify areas requiring additional support.
Manage and update course content, including uploading materials, revising lessons, and ensuring accuracy.
Address and resolve content-related inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with students to help them stay motivated and perform at their best throughout their preparation journey.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong, trust-based relationships with students.
In-depth knowledge of Loksewa and Sikshak Sewa Aayog exams, including syllabus, preparation strategies, and exam patterns.
Strong organizational skills to monitor multiple students’ activities and produce accurate, insightful reports.
Problem-solving abilities to efficiently handle content-related issues or complaints.
A proactive, supportive, and student-centric approach to guiding learners.
Quick adaptability to learn and utilize new tools and content management systems effectively.
