Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated Tech Support Specialist cum Beta Tester to join our innovative team! In this unique role, you will be providing exceptional technical support to our customers and rigorously testing our products in a beta testing environment.

Responsibilities:This position is offered as a work-from-home (WFH) arrangement with a set schedule of Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). To ensure a successful fit within our team, we kindly ask that only applicants comfortable working within this schedule apply.

Technical Support:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by troubleshooting technical issues and resolving user inquiries efficiently.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products, features, and use cases through comprehensive knowledge acquisition.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while effectively communicating solutions to customers.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail to ensure thorough case resolution and accurate information delivery.

Beta Testing:

  • Identify bugs, defects, and areas of incompleteness with a meticulous eye.
  • Actively participate in the beta testing of new features and functionalities.
  • Clearly document and report all identified issues, providing detailed steps to reproduce them.
  • Work collaboratively with the development team to ensure a smooth and successful product launch.
Job Specification

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer support representative role or similar technical support environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a strong emphasis on clear and concise explanations for technical information.
  • Proven ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism, effectively navigating different situations and contexts.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong desire to learn everything there is to know about our products.
  • Proficiency in reporting and documentation, with the ability to clearly and concisely report bugs, defects, and areas for improvement.
  • Preferred: IELTS exam score of at least 7 in both Speaking and Listening sections (demonstrates exceptional spoken English fluency).
