Location:  Pokhara, Dhangadi, Dhalkebar

• Plus 2 or Diploma in IT preferred.
• Freshers can apply, ISP experience is added advantage.
• Technical understanding of internet and network technologies.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a tight schedule and in shift. 
• Two-wheeler with driving license is compulsory.

• Responsible for providing field support to customers.
• Detect and respond to alarms, open tickets, assist with troubleshooting as required.
• Take appropriate action including site visits to resolve the issue within the given time frame.
• Escalate/Assign tickets to appropriate Level 2/3 engineers as appropriate.
• Should be able to troubleshoot issues related with Router, switches and Wi-Fi access points.
• Should be able to do structured cabling and install network equipment and IPTV.
• Contribute to a daily activity report and support troubleshooting activities as required.
