Job Description
Work location: Hybrid (Shift 1) & Remote (Shift 2)

Working hours: Shift 1 (7 AM to 3PM) & Shift 2 (3PM to 11 PM)
Salary Range: NPR. 20,000 – 25,000 + communication allowance + lunch (when at office)
- Proficiency with cPanel, WHM and related tools
- Familiarity with Linux architecture
- Understanding of DNS records
- Experience debugging PHP/MySQL websites
- Skills in optimizing site performance
- Knowledge of PHP beneficial
- Handle on-demand live chats and support tickets requests based on assigned level, providing top-notch support to our valued customers
- Regular monitoring and pre-empt actions to ensure smoother functioning of the overall structure
Job Specification
- Passionate about making a positive impact in the industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with at least 60 WPM for typing speed (word per minute)
- Interest in web hosting and website development
- Effective organizational and time management skills, adept at handling multiple tasks
